A race lacking strength in depth and Nicky Henderson can make the long trek east pay off with Diamond More, who is taken to see off the likes of Barrow and Croc An Oir. The selection is clearly one of the lesser lights at Seven Barrows, but such is the quality of his opponent's, he should have little difficulty in getting off the mark. Croc An Oir has only raced on a soft surface to date and is open to improvement on this faster surface, but he will need to, while Barrow will find things much harder now under a penalty, having been successful at Huntingdon. However, he could well improve for the step up in trip and is not to be dismissed lightly. Circle Of Wolves is a hard ride and isn't one to trust, but dual-winning pointer is one to keep an eye on over what is his ideal trip.
