In depth

Verdict

Chambard had smart bumper form in France and is progressing nicely over hurdles. He carries a penalty for his victory in an Exeter maiden in January but shouldn’t be far away again if he stays. It’s interesting that Nico de Boinville partners Raising The Bar rather than Lyndsays Lad as the latter has arguably shown the better form so far. NIBLAWI was placed behind hurdlers now rated 132 and 140 respectively last season. He’s been on the sidelines for 12 months but is probably the one to beat if fully wound-up.
