Verdict

State Of Bliss and SERGEANT WILSON have both won maidens around here but the latter looks the pick of the weights in this, despite an expensive defeat on his reappearance at Southwell when a couple of places behind Polyphonic. He’s a headstrong sort so the return to this sharp track will suit. This may be an insufficient test for American Gerry while Jubilee Gold may need this but the filly Pretending must be thereabouts if reproducing her run in a Grade 3 at Cheltenham in spring.
