Verdict

FISTON DES ISSARDS won a point at Loughanmore in October last year, beating subsequent Kempton bumper winner Boothill easily. He made his Rules debut over hurdles here a fortnight ago and though unable to get to Tucanae the winner had much more experience. Reality Cheque fell early on his debut between the flags before a comfortable victory at Kilfeacle and has joined Willie Mullins so is greatly respected. Coastal World, Red As Rust and Tuscon Train are all point-to-point winners and the latter has the benefit of a run in a Punchestown bumper where he was staying on nicely at the finish. Highland Charge cost €185,000 as a three-year-old and is related to several winning jumpers.
