Verdict

Hans Crescent has won a couple of times over fences this season and reverts to hurdling on a lower mark as does Tharawaat, who has several entries at Cheltenham and is in the Grand National. Western Leader has returned after a very long break in fine form and this Grade 2 novice winner will be scoring again soon. Pass The Hat has completed a double over the minimum trip in the style of a horse who will stay further and looks a threat as does A Country Girl, who ran very well behind the progressive Catleen at Leopardstown. REALLY UNIQUE has been in superb form since November and the likely testing conditions will be in his favour as he scored over 2m6f at Limerick's Christmas meeting and produced an excellent run behind Cootamundra over 3m at Punchestown last time, form that should give him the edge here.
