Verdict

ENCRYPTED MESSAGE was a very easy winner at Killarney earlier this month and it will be a surprise if Dermot Weld's gelding, who has yet to finish out of the first two in five starts, doesn't go on to hold his own in Listed company. He can score again. Cul Baire justified Jim Bolger's decision to keep him in training when getting off the mark over 1m6f at Gowran and he's open to further improvement while Ebazan beat 19 rivals in a maiden at the Curragh recently and will be suited by the step up in distance. Thomasgainsborough is proving a little one-paced, however, and All That Rules and Sure Reef were both beaten favourites last time and have a bit to prove now and this may be a little too hot for the hat-trick-seeking Sheilas Wish. Solo Performer won well under a big weight at Bellewstown last month but won't be able to give his rivals a start over this shorter trip.
