GREEK CANYON won this a year ago before going on to complete a hat-trick. He's back on the same mark as when successful at the Curragh in October and can win for the eighth time on his 26th start. In Salutem has to be a threat as he wasn't beaten far by the selection at Naas in August and has much the better of the weights. Pencil Hill hasn't been beaten far in three handicaps at the Curragh this year and has won off a higher mark on Polytrack and though Seanie has only won once on Turf in 22 starts he's generally consistent at this level and Pat Smullen is a positive booking. Tylery Wonder is another to consider in an open handicap.
