Mitchouka won over hurdles on this card a year ago then landed a Grade 3 on the track. He fell when clear at the last on his chasing bow but has been a big disappointment subsequently. Gordon Elliott also runs Veinard, 1-26 over hurdles who unseated his rider at the first on just his second start over fences. Great Khan chased home Roaring Bull over 2m5f here on New Year's Day and that looks his sort of trip while Gusty Rocky jumped poorly at Gowran in November and may also need further. IMPACT FACTOR may have lost confidence after falling at the last at Thurles though remains a nice prospect and gets the vote in a race where a few have questions to answer.
