Verdict

Bridgehead was engaged in the 4.32 at Navan yesterday so that result should be monitored. Explorers Way was knocked around a bit in the closing stages at Ballinrobe and was only beaten a neck. He has plenty of weight for his handicap debut but Jake Coen is excellent value for his 7lb claim. Leopardstown nursery winner Nectarine has been coming up against smart winners without really threatening while Prophets Voice disappointed at Sligo after looking a likely future winner in his previous two starts. RIHANI had only shown moderate form before stepping up to 1m3f at Limerick where he came with a very strong late run. With the longer trip certain to suit, he can get off the mark.
