Local Flier is the only course and distance winner in the line-up and blinkers are applied for the first time after a couple of disappointing efforts. Chillie Billie has a strike-rate of 2-59 which doesn't inspire confidence but Empress Toorah completed a double on good ground last summer and is just 1lb higher than her last success.
