In depth

Verdict

Trans Express is a standing dish here but has not often raced on going this quick. Fair Mountain has become disappointing but Coal Stock won on his first start for Sam Thomas having been claimed out of a Taunton seller and is now on a hat-trick. Gallow Ford looks to be heading back in the right direction but ART APPROVAL landed the odds on fast ground here earlier in the month and remain lightly raced. His turn of foot could be decisive again with Magic Dancer on a long losing run.
