Chosen Path overcame inexperience to win easily at Fontwell but the second and fourth have been beaten since and this looks tougher under a penalty. White Moon's maiden win at Wincanton hasn't worked out either and it's easy to pick holes in the victory of Watcombe Heights at Newton Abbot in August but No Hiding Place has been placed in a couple of bumpers and ex-pointer Hugos Horse also represents a powerful yard while Rhaegar won a Warwick bumper in May and is bred for jumping. DE RASHER COUNTER won a point-to-point and a bumper in Ireland and there was no disgrace in his debut third over hurdles at Kempton behind a couple of decent novices. Any improvement here would put him in the firing-line.
