MORNING SPIRIT has the scope to take this. The youngest in the line-up, he fell on his chasing bow at Aintree but only just failed to concede the winner 11lb when runner-up over this course and distance when St Erney, who won here in November, was well beaten. The latter had Ede'iffs Elton a long way behind in that latter event though Robert Walford's charge definitely improved next time while Run To Milan has won over hurdles here on heavy ground and fences on good going. Another Emotion ended the last campaign with an impressive victory in a better race at Carlisle and Poker Play has form in the book that would suggest he's well handicapped if back to his best on his return to fences.
