Verdict
Mick Easterby doesn’t send runners to the opposite end of the country without good reason and it looks as though he means business with ELYSIAN FLAME (NAP). The five-year-old, twice a winner on the Flat, has been hard to place over hurdles but makes his handicap debut here and Paddy Brennan is a significant jockey booking. Trans Express is a standing dish around here and Bean In Trouble is starting to look well handicapped. Bear Ghylls defends an unbeaten record with Song Of The Hunter, in front when falling on his reappearance, And The New and the returning Potters Venture also worth considering.
