Verdict

John Constable would have made short work of these in his heyday but his losing run stretches back to 2017 and he has gone up in the weights again since second at Taunton in November. Makety has switched stables since second twice last year and arrives off the back of a lengthy absence. Group Stage keeps placing but needs to drop a few pounds but Pasley is probably edging towards a decent mark. AMARILLO SKY was a shade keen on his handicap debut at Warwick but promises to do better on this quicker surface and remains unexposed.
