Verdict

Eyeofthescorpion would have been a strong favourite in this but for the fact that he was due to run yesterday at Sedgefield. In his possible absence, BOSSINEY BAY probably has a good chance to add to his victory in a maiden here last year as he has placed the last twice. Isosceles has had wind surgery since finishing fourth at Newton Abbot on his first run for Fergal O’Brien and No Thanks has been showing steady improvement and is running in only his second handicap.
