Verdict

The Tizzard stable won this with an odds-on favourite 12 months ago so the Champs Elysees gelding Champs Hill is worth a market check. FIRESTREAM was keeping on when fourth at Ascot so gets the nod with experience thin on the ground in this. Uttoxeter third Awaythelad looks a danger while Mount Pleasant is a €55,000 half-brother to eight winners and should win races. Hunter Legend is a half-brother to the stable’s smart chaser Cepage and two other winners and The Bogmans Ball also has a nice jumping pedigree and is related to a host of winners with Clifton Bridge boasting a similar profile.
