Recent winners Jupiter Custos and Persun haven't been unduly punished by the handicapper. Gold Prince has won on heavy ground so will handle conditions and Intiwin is back on a winning mark and looked to be on the way back at Chester last time. Roger Varian still has his string in terrific form and his FIRST DREAM had just over two lengths to spare over Cosmic Ray here in July. The latter is now 5lb better off but has become a little disappointing and may not be able to turn the tables.
