Verdict

Nobel cost a whopping 825,000gns as a yearling but hasn’t raced since making a winning debut at Kempton last year. Dukeman won a three-runner contest at Newcastle last time but carries a penalty as he steps up in trip and CHANTICO can take advantage. The latter was a shade keen when third at Pontefract on his debut but was doing his best work in the closing stages and this longer distance will suit. The remainder are hard to recommend including hurdles winner Mythical Hero, who debuts on the Flat for new connections.
