CASTLE WAY landed the odds at Haydock with the minimum of fuss and had a subsequent winner back in third. Palace Pier’s half-brother is entered in next month’s Group 1 Futurity and is preferred to the other recent winners. Of those, Ndaawi is also in the Futurity having got his head in front at Goodwood last time while Struth’s yard has won two of the last four renewals and the Johnstons’ colt scored easily at Nottingham on his debut. Cite D'Or has won two of his four outings so far and is preferred to the maiden Desfondado of the others.
