ROSY DAWN ran a blinder to finish second on his latest outing and can go one better this time around while both Inspirina and Watson's Bay worth noting. The selection has not won since last April and had dropped in the ratings. He finished second to Make Amends at Folkestone last time out off a mark of 50 and has to go close running off a two pound higher mark this time around. Inspirina came good at Chester on his penultimate outing but failed to score when running the very next day at the same venue. He is now five pounds higher in the ratings which will only make life tougher but with conditions in his favour once again he has to be added to the short list. Watson's Bay has been a model of consistency this summer but has struggled to get his head in front. Even though he continues to run well and is sure to do so again it does look as though the handicapper has him where he wants him for the time being so he should be treated with some caution. So for the winner we return to Rosy Dawn.
