GOING GONE (NAP) is lightly raced and won easily over the track and trip in September and in a higher-grade race at Newmarket a few weeks later. He's up to his highest mark but has the scope to progress further. Pirate King is best on the all-weather nowadays, his last four victories coming at Lingfield, but Kings Prince won his first two starts last season and reappeared with a short-head defeat at Leicester. Secret Shadow won a Class 5 handicap at Windsor then completed a double when scoring in Class 3 company at Newbury, though all were on testing ground.
