      Verdict

      Love Marmalade ran out an easy winner at Ascot last time when beating older horses. He has leading claims despite a penalty but has failed to follow-up previous victories and XINBAMA makes more appeal. The latter landed a double last season and goes unpenalised for last week's win in an apprentices race over track and trip. John Hills' charge is also preferred to Dandy, who will appreciate the return to a shorter trip having won twice over 1m2f earlier this season, but the remaining trio all arrive out of form and are hard to fancy.
