      In depth

      Verdict

Berrahri won over a shorter trip at Chester last week though has also won over course and distance. Downsman steps up in distance having won at Haydock and he stays this far but AMALFI BAY arrives on the back of last week’s victory over track and trip. Thomas Greatrex could afford to ease down his mount in the closing stages on that occasion and another bold bid is expected. Cemhaan went close on fast ground at Windsor but Our New Buddy has more scope for improvement.
