Hasaiyda can keep the Michael Stoute bandwagon rolling here, with Nordwind and Cherubim given as the main dangers. This daughter of Hector Protector returned to winning ways at Sandown last time when she took her time getting into top gear before accounting for today's rival Nordwind. She wasn't stopping at the end of that 10 furlongs so this extra distance shouldn't be a problem. Nordwind is three pounds better off for a length so strictly speaking is entitled to reverse the form, but the selection does appear to have more scope for improvement. A bigger threat may come from Cherubim who is holding her form well and should be well suited by today's trip. Nightspot has earned top-weight and is another to consider, but Hasaiyda looks the more progressive of this line up and is taken to oblige.
