      Verdict

      DESFONDADO has a 7lb rise to contend with but bolted up over track and trip last month and should go close again. Cobalt Blue has yet to win but his best efforts so far have come over 7f here while Almarin has been thereabouts off similar marks. Sly Madam still looks a shade high in the weights but Dumfries could go well but Bear On The Loose has to be forgiven a poor effort last time and makes his handicap debut.
