A poor contest where FREMEN can outpoint Theocritus, while Sofia's Star can probably make the frame. Fremen has largely been kept to sellers and claimers of late and has enjoyed a consistent run of form as a result, including a fast ground Hamilton win over a similar trip last time. Dandy Nicholls looks to have found another decent opportunity for him here and he looks best in at the weights of those in form, so we will take him to score. Theocritus is respected after landing back-to-back sellers over 10f at Brighton, and is put in a claimer for the first time. However, pedigree suggests that a mile might be a bit on the sharp side for him and although he should be involved he might not have the pace to win. Sofia's Star was runner up in Brighton claimer over this sort of trip last time and should get competitive, while Ogre races over his preferred distance and acts well on fast ground. At these weights he is not dismissed out of hand, but Fremen is the one for us.
