Verdict

George Boole went up 6lb for landing a 7f nursery here early last month and only just failed to catch Slaney Street a fortnight later so it's surprising to see him 1lb lower. Rock In Peace, who finished third in the former event, boosted the form with a narrow victory in a maiden over 7f when the lightly-raced Boy Charlton was staying on nicely at the finish. TIME CONSTRAINTS had been threatening to win before landing a track and trip maiden and makes his handicap debut from what could prove to be a winning mark as he should still be on the upgrade. Sweetasever won a Gowran nursery in August and ran very well when a close third on her debut here two weeks ago so she can go well in a very tight little handicap.
