A very tough handicap but GENTLEMAN JEFF is in such good heart both on the Flat and over hurdles that he will take some beating. He scored over timber at Kilbeggan earlier this month and has a C&D victory last October and will get a good ride from Leigh Roche. Home Secretary scored twice here last November and has run well on turf subsequently despite a huge rise in the weights for those victories. Dusty Trail has been in outstanding form this year and has won five of his last six starts on the Flat and over hurdles. He's certain to give a good account and should again take care of Prospectorous, who was behind him at Galway before his success over a mile on the same track. Maal is another to consider as she has been very consistent and is reasonably treated while Great Wisdom's only success came on his debut at this track though he's hasn't done much subsequently.
