LA NOVIA (NAP) is getting closer to an all-weather victory and might have won a fortnight ago but for having to be switched. She could be good enough though Billyfairplay, a dual winner over 6f on Tapeta last month, ran really well over an extended 5f at Navan later and has to be considered despite the worse of the draw. Proud And Elated has never won and was beaten in a maiden here on Wednesday but Aubineau couldn't handle a 6lb penalty for his course and distance success at the end of last month when returning two days later.
