Notforalongtime won this a year ago but was caught right on the line by Skontonovski a fortnight ago and the winner, who was scoring for the sixth time here, is better off at the weights. STORM ERIC, who had gone up for scoring here the previous week, didn't quite get the run of the race and was only beaten two lengths so can reverse the form. Airgead was on a very lowly mark when scoring comfortably over a mile last time but a 5lb rise looks manageable and he holds Tara Power on that run.
