Alcatraz had no answer to Giovanni Canaletto at Leopardstown but the easy winner looks very useful so the form should hold up. But PARK REBEL was staying on nicely behind Vert De Grece over 7f at Leopardstown in August and the winner has since gone on to land a Group 1 in France. Paul Deegan's charge will have improved and should be good enough for this. Mick Halford's newcomer Arif is out of a mare who won over 7f on the all-weather and Emperor Bob has a decent pedigree for this trip so the market should be watched. Crossingoz was well beaten in her opening runs on Turf but did better here last month and should have some improvement in her.
