Hence was an expensive purchase for Ballydoyle and she shaped with some promise on debut at Cork despite being a bit green. She wasn't given a hard time and, with improvement likely, should run a big race here. She'll likely be priced accordingly given connections and so the value call might be GRACE RAFAELA who also showed up well on debut at Naas in June when hitting the frame. She, too, has plenty scope for better and now has able assistance of Pat Smullen to aid her cause. Newcomers Diamond and New York Lady are worth looking out for while Roman Gal isn't written off just yet either.
