Verdict

THE BLACK CAT looked a potentially nice prospect when landing a Navan maiden and though this is obviously very much tougher he could be on a lenient mark and is given a tentative vote. Panama Hat is going for a five-timer and won't be easy to keep out of the frame despite his huge rise in the ratings while Vastonea's 7lb rise for his Galway success is wiped out by Gary Halpin's claim. Akasaka may be better over shorter but Azurite has climbed the weights since winning here in November and making a successful reappearance at the Curragh.
