Abby Hatcher was a 66/1 chance on her debut here in November but wasn't beaten far then did even better last month where she would have gone close but for being slightly impeded. Fryerns made a fair debut for new connections over the track and trip last month and can only improve while Laurel Grove looked too high in the weights in a handicap and should do better back in maiden company. She has the beating of Mighty Mirage on an earlier run and the latter looked better suited to a mile last week. Joseph O'Brien has two newcomers entered. Juliet Rose, a 60,000gns yearling, is by Camelot out of a mare bred for middle-distances but Line Judge is by Dawn Approach and the second foal of a mare who produced a 1m2f winner with her first offspring and she looks the more likely of the pair to go well at this stage. ORCHID GARDENS is a half-sister to several winners, including the smart sprinter Wizz Kid, and she's handed a speculative vote in a tricky race.
