John Alexander won a course and distance handicap in January while Cold Steel completed a double here at the backend of last year. S'all Good Man won twice here last winter and looks ready to go in again soon after beaten less than a length here last month, especially with his rider's claim to aid his cause, though Luke Short wasn't far behind in the latter event. GOD KNOWS was well supported when landing a Down Royal handicap and, though 8lb higher, looks the one to beat if acting on the surface. Kadeen, a Curragh maiden winner, was making his handicap debut when placed at Roscommon and there's more to come.
