Although Dove Mountain has been running well over hurdles he doesn't win often enough and has just one all-weather victory to his credit in 18 starts. CATCHY LASS has been consistent on the surface and got her reward over the course and distance in April. She's 4lb higher but has done well from higher marks and gets the nod. Catch Word has yet to win but that should soon be put right judging on his run over a mile at Limerick last month and he's gone well here in the past. Alnahar suffered in the ratings for an easy victory here in January while Jan Van Eyck, who hasn't run since January, prefers a longer trip.
