Rateel has joined the in-form Johnny Levins after scoring at Chelmsford for Jason Tate though that race was over a mile. Harry Dunlop sends Kashtan over from Lambourn and the Wolverhampton maiden winner ran very well back there in a strong handicap on her only subsequent start. Victorious Secret followed a promising opening run over 6f here by landing a maiden over this trip where she still looked inexperienced so there should be more to come. Spirit Glance was staying on very strongly in that latter race and with a 5lb pull has a chance of reversing the form though another furlong wouldn't go amiss. GO KART landed a Down Royal maiden and has raced in much better company since. She had no answer to Marsha here in October but had the remainder a long way behind and she should get off the mark on the surface.
