Scorchio was making her course debut when scoring over 5f but last month when Clonmacash and Milliethemollie showed good speed before weakening. The winner will be 9lb higher but the runner-up has won subsequently so the form looks strong. Oak Allye led for a long way until fading over the minimum on heavy ground at Down Royal and has been dropped 3lb. The very speedily-bred TRANSCENDING GLORY ran easily his best race to date over 7f here last time. He looks like he could have more scope than most of these and can carry topweight to victory.
