DEIRE NA SLI made good progress throughout her first campaign and returned with a fine effort behind Sing Softly in a Listed race at the Curragh on Sunday. She should have come on for the run and can take care of Juliet Capulet, who also made a fair reappearance at Leopardstown but has been beaten on both starts at this track. Princess Severus has been aimed high since her maiden success at Leicester and will have benefited from her run in a Curragh Group 3 last month while Ballybacka Lady is the only one of these with a course victory to her credit. Face Reality did well for Richard Hannon last year and looks a very nice addition to David Marnane's string.
