Alfirak's victory over Masalai last month could be given a boost by the runner-up earlier on the card while Boxer Dunford ran really well behind The Lords Walk here in March and the winner is also engaged in that same event. Both are in good form as is Captain Midnight, who took advantage of heavy ground to score at Navan and has won around here. TIME STANDS STILL was beaten a neck over the course and distance in January then found 6f at Lingfield just too sharp. Willie Martin had a winner on Thursday and his lightly-raced four-year-old can complete a quick double for the Wexford handler.
