Verdict
Laughton showed signs of a resurgence for a slide down the weights when going close in a lower grade at Wolverhampton last time. But B FIFTY TWO flew home at Pontefract once switched for a clear run and is taken to confirm superiority with Amazing Grazing and Oriental Splendour despite a rise in the weights. A prolific course winner over the years, Economic Crisis is not out of this off her current mark while Nuns Walk will be sharper for a recent comeback run having had a wind operation over the winter and could also figure.
