This is very competitive as, apart from Haqeeba and Hi Emperor, only 7lb separates the field on official figures. Last month's maiden winner De Coronado is the least exposed but started off over 1m4f so a further drop back in distance is a worry. GREAT WIDE OPEN won over track and trip in March and justified favouritism in a Roscommon handicap on his latest start. Very consistent, another big run can almost be guaranteed. Strada Di Carsoli hasn't raced since May but has a good record here and shouldn't be far away if fully wound up. Victorious Secret also warrants a mention as she's another who acts on the track. She was only beaten a short-head when attempting a hat-trick at Leopardstown last month, though has done most of her racing over 6f.
