Verdict

Whip Rule has a 6lb penalty for his win at the Curragh back in March which makes his task that much tougher and EAST MEETS WEST is preferred. He was unfancied in the Acomb Stakes at York last time and ran accordingly but went close in a Listed race at Tipperary before that and can get off the mark here. Pitlochry is unpenalised for his win in an auction maiden at Naas and ran even better when second at the same track last time but the remaining trio look to have plenty to find if they're to have a say in proceedings.
