Most of these have won around here, Power Drive having scored five times before finding his new mark a bit too much to handle when beaten four lengths by Summit Star last month. Razdan finally got off the mark in a maiden but this looks tougher and though Jake Peter has been in fine form he keeps going up without winning and is best over further. NEWGIRLINTOWN, a winner over the track and trip in November, gets the nod as she was sent to Lingfield for the Winter Oaks Handicap but found 1m2f too short. Harriet's Force, though running well, is 1-37 which tempers enthusiasm and Kalaroun has a long absence to overcome. Cursory Exam was beaten off this mark last time.
