Duarte Fernandes, who has a wonderful pedigree, has shown virtually nothing and this is probably the last chance saloon if he's to stay at Ballydoyle. General Bunching is just 2lb higher than when successful here in June but hasn't been running well nor has Hangar Five, who has struggled at the weights since his Ballinrobe victory. Akinspirit has been chasing but ran very well behind Mojito Royale over this trip at Tipperary in August and would have to be considered with a repeat. Crecora makes a quick reappearance after a one-paced third in a Fairyhouse claimer on Tuesday but this is his first start on the all-weather and over this longer trip. MOUNT FLORA was making her handicap debut here last week after three very moderate maiden runs but did very much better than expected with a staying-on effort behind Horsewithnoname, who runs in the previous race. The longer trip will suit and Charles' O'Brien's filly can take this.
