Verdict

After a close fourth over 7f last week, Senor Carrots started favourite on Wednesday but appeared to find this trip too short. Aces Wild stayed on nicely over 5f early last month and was caught on the line over this trip last week. Tack started favourite for the latter event but lost his action early in the race and finished last but LAKE NAKURU, who was around four lengths behind the runner-up, was going on at the finish and can reverse the form. The latter's yard is also represented by Capuchinero, who made her debut for the stable when leading for a long way in a 7f handicap last week. Diamondsinthesand makes his handicap debut after a much-improved run in a Naas maiden last month.
