In depth

Verdict

Joseph O'Brien saddles four runners here with CROCKFORD looking the one to beat. He didn't show much in two starts on Turf before runner-up to the promising Sky Seven on his track debut and should go one better. The trainer's remaining trio are newcomers. Cerberus cost 95,000gns and is out of a Listed winner; Rehoboth Beach is related to three winners; while Shuri is a half-brother to six winners, several of them on the all-weather. Ger Lyons' Sauron's Eye is a half-brother to a winner on the all-weather while the Godolphin-owned Isosceles, a half-brother to five winners in Japan, showed up nicely on his debut here in November and could provide the main threat.
