Abolitionist won twice over hurdles during the summer and probably should have scored over fences by now. His penalty makes this a tricky task and chasing newcomer Draycott Place, twice a winner over hurdles in May and rated 17lb higher over the smaller obstacles, looks a better prospect. However, this can go to DEFINITE RUBY, who has the advantage of four placed efforts over fences including a Grade 3 novices' event at Galway when not too far behind the exciting Alechi Inois. Dominetta Vitali was 7l behind the selection when they occupied the places at Tramore last month so shouldn't be too far away.
