Michael's Pick had run well over Punchestown's banks course before landing an Open point-to-point at Tattersalls Farm earlier this month. However, he'd finished a long way behind Big Leg Up when the latter won over the course and distance in March and is unlikely to turn the tables. ON THE SOD, unbeaten in four starts between the flags, hasn't convinced in hunter-chase company but he's been competing in much stronger races and this looks his opportunity.
